Stéphanie leads our digital media initiative in Europe, driving the knowledge, understanding and implementation of products and services for clients and colleagues. She has worked with clients in the IT, FMCG and professional services industry, helping them benchmark competitors’efforts in the digital media space, identify key influential bloggers or monitor the online discussion. She regularly advises and consults on digital media strategy, and runs trainings or workshops on digital media.

Previously, she was Director of Knowledge Sharing in the New York office with worldwide responsibilities for the Knowledge Management capability of the company. She developed and improved systems and processes enabling Burson-Marsteller professionals around the world to better access and share information, insights and internal knowledge.
